How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders allow you to secure your desired pieces ahead of the official release, ensuring your amongst the first to receive them. Once a pre-order is processed, you’ll receive an estimated shipping date.

Pre-orders typically open 4-6 weeks before the public release.

What size selections do you offer?

Our Size selection ranges from XXS to XL.

How do I know if my order was succesfully placed?

Upon successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing details of your purchase, including the items ordered, billing and shipping information, and an order number for reference.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder or contact our customer advisory team for assistance.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

How do I create a customer account?

Creating a customer account is seamless and easy. Simply click on the 'Sign In' or 'My Account' icon at the top of our website and follow the prompts to register.

You'll need to provide your email address and create a password to access your account.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be changed or canceled, unless it is placed within the 24-hour pre-order window.

Due to high demand, we are unable to make any adjustments once this window closes.

For pre-order adjustments within the 24-hour period, please contact our advisory team here with your order number.

How should I care for my Maison Hervé pieces?

We recommend following the instructions on the care label provided with each item to maintain its quality.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer exchanges. We recommend returning the item through our returns portal and placing a new order.
